Once again, account registration is absolutely free for all users. Buyers may post an unlimited amount of requests for no charge whatsoever. Each ad runs for 60 days unless you close it sooner and may then be reposted if needed. There are no other hidden charges and Buyers never pay any fees at all! For transactions of $20.00 or less there are NO seller fees. Thats right, nothing! All transactions over $20.00 pay a low 5% fee, the maximum fee is capped at $50.00. When you sell your million dollar vacation home through BuyersLooking.com, your cost is capped at $50.00! There are no hidden charges or complicated fee schedules to compute.
